Job Title: Technical Product Analyst

Work Model: Remote – offsite
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and enhance ServiceNow platform knowledge, including strong proficiency in CMDB tables and relationships among various CIs
+ Perform data ingestion and data integration to support service management processes
+ Apply ServiceNow CSDM knowledge/experience, focusing on Business Applications, Service Instances, Technology Management Services/Offerings, and Business Capabilities, establishing relationships among various CIs
+ Ensure IT data is structured according to CSDM standards
+ Manage CMDB data within ServiceNow, including CI lifecycle management, change management, and enforcement of policies
+ Develop health dashboards and identify stale or orphaned data in the CMDB
+ Support governance and compliance activities by collaborating with CI owners and auditors
