The Technical Process Controller operates the ASU according to safety rules, golden rules, technical safety recommendations, and operating procedures. This role minimizes safety incidents by implementing the risk management system and safety procedures, and reduces non-conformances by following quality systems, identifying deviations, and taking corrective actions.
The incumbent is also responsible for the plant and equipment's implementation, reliability, optimization, and efficiency. In collaboration with the production team, they lead or assist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment to prevent or minimize production upsets and downtime. All duties must strictly adhere to Air Liquide safety rules, quality standards, golden rules, technical safety recommendations, operating procedures, and legal obligations.
