Job Purpose

Lead thetechnical deliveryof customer-facing support and managed IT services across enterprise-grade infrastructure, ensuringexceptional service quality,customer satisfaction, andcompliance with vendor collaboration programmes.

You will manageLevel 2+ engineering teamsresponsible for supporting and maintaining critical IT systems — includingfirewalls, storage, virtual machines, and cloud platforms— while working closely with our services product team and technology vendors to design, develop, and deployinnovative service offerings.
