About the role

We're looking for an experienced Technical Policy Manager to help shape the future of wastewater services. This is a strategic role focused on developing long-term wastewater strategies, leading technical planning, and driving innovative solutions that deliver business objectives and regulatory commitments.

You will lead the development of service delivery strategies and optimised investment plans, undertake complex analysis of intervention options, costs and benefits, and play a key role in preparing regulatory business plans. The role also involves horizon scanning for emerging technologies and best practice, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of innovation and asset management.
