Under general supervision, compiles routine or standardized statistics and prepares simple reports. Works with Service Coordinator during the pre-planning and job execution and maintains simple records. Interface with technology, manufacturing, and business development. Provides technical and operational expertise to internal and external customers. Interface with shop personnel regarding the preparation of tools and equipment for jobs.
