Job Opportunity: Technical Performance Test Engineer
We are looking for a Technical Performance Test Engineer to join our team in a senior-level role focused on performance and technical testing.
The position requires intermediate working proficiency in Finnish and full professional working proficiency in English, along with strong hands-on experience in performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish framework for professional performance testing, plan and execute performance testing.
Explore if the solution meets performance, scalability, and capacity objectives under realistic load conditions.
Provide input to SLA Monitoring and reporting of performance in operations
Analytical, curious, and pragmatic
Excellent communication — can explain technical findings to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with a customer-oriented approach
