At our Golborne site (5 mins from the J22 or J23 M6) based on the East Lancs Road, we employ over 270 colleagues' who produce a number of packaging solutions on a 24/7 basis for major international customers.


We now need to strengthen our Packing team and require a Technical Packer/Operative


Working as a Technical Packer you will have:

Experience

  • Previous packing experience in fast paced manufacturing environment – responsible for ensuring product being packed meets the required specification and report any defects to supervision

  • Trouble shooting and addressing issues occurring with AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicle)

  • To ensure the packaging is of an acceptable standard, removing any cartons, trays, etc. which do not meet the required specification.

  • To check that each label is the correct one for the product being packed.
