Position Description

The Senior Trainers shall report to the Project Manager and serve as the Contractor's lead on curriculum development and training implementation. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training to partner nation military forces to build individual sailor proficiency in operating partner nation vessels.

RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES

  • Safe operation of boats, engines, radars, and communications equipment
  • Troubleshooting routine operator errors related to primary or high-use equipment (, engines, radars, communications equipment)
  • Effective handling of common equipment casualties
  • Proper maintenance practices to ensure equipment longevity and performance
  • Emergency response protocols for critical situations
