Technical Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Systems Architecture & Standardization

• Build, document, and maintain the Plontur Technical Playbook, SOPs, and site standards
• Develop master templates for site reporting, punchlists, audits, and technical reviews
• Establish a continuous Lessons Learned loop, converting site issues into updated standards

2. Technical Project Ownership

• Serve as the primary on-ground technical authority to ensure that the constructed deliverable aligns with the specified technical requirements
• Take full accountability for technical execution, handover readiness, and quality acceptance
• Resolve complex site technical issues in coordination with the Director

3. Quantity, Cost & Proposal Governance

• Validate quantities, BOQs, and actual material usage to protect margins
• Audit subcontractor accomplishments prior to payment approval
