Technical Operations Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on operational support to ensure high availability and performance of production systems and meet Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) targets.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and resiliency initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot runtime issues including performance, scalability, and system failures.
• Design and enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively detect issues.
• Provide operational input early in the SDLC by working with cross‑functional teams on application architecture and runtime requirements.
• Support and monitor applications across test, integration, and production environments using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Automate deployments and operational processes in test and production environments.
