Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage, configure, and maintain call routing campaigns on platforms including
  Leadspedia
  , Retreaver, and TrackDrive
• Set up, monitor, and optimize call routing flows to ensure accurate call distribution and campaign efficiency
• Monitor live and historical call performance to identify routing errors, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities
• Manage and support
  API integrations, postbacks, and webhook configurations
  to ensure seamless data flow across systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve call routing, tracking, and integration-related technical issues in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of campaign configurations, tracking parameters, and reporting data
• Coordinate closely with
  operations, sales, and technical teams
