Manage, configure, and maintain call routing campaigns on platforms including Leadspedia, Retreaver, and TrackDrive
Set up, monitor, and optimize call routing flows to ensure accurate call distribution and campaign efficiency
Monitor live and historical call performance to identify routing errors, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities
Manage and support API integrations, postbacks, and webhook configurations to ensure seamless data flow across systems
Troubleshoot and resolve call routing, tracking, and integration-related technical issues in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy of campaign configurations, tracking parameters, and reporting data
Coordinate closely with operations, sales, and technical teams to implement and support campaign requirements
