Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and communication to customers subscribing to CDN
and/or Security solutions
• Monitor the system alerts, security events and/or performance issues from
various engerprise products.
• Perform basic configuration changes, troubleshooting, and initial incidence
assessments before escalating to a backend support team according to pre
established procedures and runbook
• Support onboarding of applications and domains onto CDN and/or Security
systems.
• Analyze HTTP/HTTPS traffic logs to identify suspicious or malicious behavior.
• Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and shift handover notes.
• Participate in shift rotation / on-call support when required.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in security operations, network operations, or technical support.
