Drake International is looking for a Technical Onboarding eCommerce Specialist for our client located in Brampton. What we offer:
  • Pay: $32/hr. plus 4% vacation pay 
  • Job Type: Temporary to Permanent.
  • Start Date: February 23, 2026
  • Location: Brampton Ontario 
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Hybrid – 50% onsite / 50% remote, rotating weekly
    • What you’ll do:
  • Provide in-depth training sessions for customers and colleagues on company’s eCom tool suites
  • Required to use critical analysis skills to conduct research and troubleshoot various complex issues (billing and rating issues, technical problems with eCom tools, operational process issues, etc.)
  • Includes opening and following up on service tickets for any type of technical issue related to company’s back-end systems, which can include acting as a primary contact for emergency tickets and conducting on-demand testing and support for problem ...
