Dunes Construction Hiring a Technical Office Architect

Location: El Sheikh Zayed – Waslet Dahshour Site
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review architectural shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
  • Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure proper integration and clash resolution.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation as required.
  • Submit and follow up on technical submittals, material approvals, and RFIs.
  • Prepare as-built drawings and ensure documentation is properly maintained.
  • Provide technical support to the site team and ensure smooth workflow between site and technical office.
