Summary

/Objective:The Technical Manufacturing Manager is part of a development program that will move between different departments over a five year period learning different aspects of each position.The goal of the position is to have the associate lead a department at the end of the program.Required remote assignment (domestic / international) at another Samtec site.  Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, measure and manage Key Performance Indicators for current manufacturing systems.This includes, but is not limited to:SafetyQualityDeliveryCost and Environmental compliance
  • Ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while practicing servant leadership to support team development and operational success.
