We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager / Engineering Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of advanced semiconductor equipment, with a focus on sorter machines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, leading high-performing teams, and delivering precision systems used in semiconductor manufacturing. Lead and mentor a team of design engineers in the development of semiconductor equipment, from module design to full machine conceptualization
Drive product innovation and continuous improvement (CIP) to enhance performance, extend product lifecycle, and improve cost competitiveness
Oversee machine reliability, feasibility testing, and validation to ensure high precision and performance
