We are now looking for a Technical Manager to lead and drive technical excellence across telecom network solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions, and acting as the technical authority for customer engagements and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in transforming networks and enabling digital services for our customers.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage technical teams delivering telecom network solutions (RAN, Core, Transport, or OSS/BSS depending on assignment).
Act as the primary technical authority and escalation point for complex technical issues.
Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with agreed standards, processes, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with project managers, sales teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
