Role Overview This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the full spectrum of technical maintenance, infrastructure management, landscaping oversight and operational control across the estate. The role suits a technically strong, practically minded individual who is comfortable operating across multiple disciplines. It is very much a “jack of all trades” position requiring initiative, accountability, strong problem-solving ability and a genuine passion for landscaping and sustainable environments.
