Meet The Job
- Become an internal advocate of the client and bring the voice of the customer into the rest of the Backbase organization.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Support, Product Engineering, and Project Implementation teams at Backbase to ensure successful implementations of the Backbase product.
- Ensure technical quality and compliance with platform best practices across all squads, raising the bar for engineering practices and delivery standards.
- Act as the technical face of Backbase towards the client’s senior stakeholders, from engineering teams to CIO-level conversations.
- Serve as a role model by being hands-on when needed - unblocking technical issues, supporting squads, and ensuring progress.

- Overall experience of 10+ years and 5 years of management experience with solid technical background, including experience in software and systems architecture.
