Job Description

The Technical Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects by conducting comprehensive reviews of all project documents, facilitating coordination across different disciplines, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This position provides essential technical support to the Construction Team, ensuring all information is complete and up to date. The scope of responsibilities extends to additional tasks as required and directed by the Project Director/Manager.

Design Phase:

  • Act as a key liaison between the Design Manager, Construction Manager, and client representatives, ensuring all necessary site inputs, specific requirements, and client change orders are effectively communicated to the design team.
