Technical Manager

Position Summary

The Technical Manager will be a hands-on execution leader responsible for day-to-day management of design engineering delivery within the Port Elgin Design Hub. This role supports technical excellence through disciplined reviews and standards adherence, leads a portion of the multi-discipline team, and ensures predictable delivery outcomes. The Technical Manager will also support hiring, onboarding, and development of engineers as the hub scales.
