About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Manager with strong expertise in Textile Technology / Fiber Technology to support product promotion, customer trials, and technical services in the fiber finishing segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote existing product range through technical knowledge sharing and customer trials
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fiber finishing sector
- Provide value-added technical service to customers and support sales growth/GP targets
- Offer on‑site customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and product management teams for customer-centric solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, documentation, and product demonstrations
- Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of fiber finishing technologies
