Hexagon is seeking a talented Technical Manager to join our multi-faceted team supporting the Public Safety Dispatch Portfolio across North America. The Technical Manager will oversee all technical aspects and resources to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

The Technical Manager is a front-line role with delivery and operations responsibility over the following areas:

  • I/CAD and OnCall Dispatch COTS Delivery
  • Delivery process engineering
  • Personnel management and supervision
  • Personnel development

    • More specifically, this position is responsible for the successful delivery of services related to the Hexagon I/CAD and OnCall Dispatch Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products. The Technical Manager provides technical oversight and guidance to a team of direct reports which execute project related tasks.
