Job Description
Your missions:
- Complete technical management of a portfolio;
- Monitoring of multi-year budgets approved by the principals;
- Conducting condition reports: entry, preliminary and exit;
- Various re-invoicing to tenants following exit condition reports;
- Removal of APA;
- Complete renovation of apartments;
- Processing of work invoices and maintenance contracts;
- Conclusion and monitoring of proper contract execution;
- Establishment and monitoring of the concierges' specifications;
- Manage portfolio claims, work requests and building visits, as well as apartments;
- Ensure monitoring of buildings and apartments in the Signaterre portal, update the database and read certain meters;
- Supervise and carry out the various tasks of the work monitoring process; from budget preparationto tender requests and from awarding to invoicing.
