Technical Manager

Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month (All-inclusive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Manage and mentor an internal team of Technical Coordinators and Architectural Draftsmen to deliver precise shop drawings on schedule.
• Technical Coordination: Review IFC drawings, identify architectural/structural/MEP clashes using RFIs, and manage material submittals to support site execution.
• Authority Approvals: Take ownership of securing building permits, NOCs, and completion certificates via local portals.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: 8–12 years in UAE contracting, with a proven track record on High-Rise projects (G + 30 and above).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (UAE Society of Engineers membership preferred).
