Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and standardization of operational processes across multiple business units to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), recipes, product specifications, and process documentation to support operational accuracy and cost control.
  • Establish and monitor operational process controls to ensure product quality, food safety, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
