Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Technical Manager (Abattoir).

Duties & Responsibilities

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science or related field.
  • Significant leadership experience in FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Experience managing FSMS systems and ensuring audit compliance.
  • Strategic thinking to develop and implement technical plans.
  • Track record in setting and driving departmental KPIs.
