Job Requirements

  • Technical Manager-Blk P&R
  • 10+years of experience in leading end-to-end physical implementation of complex blocks in advanced SOC designs.
  • Lead a team of 6 to 8 PD Engineers.
  • Strong hands-on in:
    • Floorplanning & Power planning
    • Placement & Optimization
    • CTS & Clock architecture
    • Routing & Congestion management
  • Deep Understanding of:
    • MCMM timing closure
    • Low power implementation
    • IR/EM fundamentals
  • Experience in large and high utilization blocks.
  • Must have hands-on experience on PNR Suite from Cadence-Innovus, Synopsys ICC2, Fusion compiler.
  • Familiarity with prime time/Tempus for Timing debug.
