The Technical Management Trainee Program accelerates the excellent new graduates with master’s degree in major of Chemical related for future Application Development Engineer or Junior Marketing role. The program will develop the talents through a structured training program and combining multiple job assignments.

Responsibilities Include:

Marketing/Application Development Management Trainee program is:

  • A two-year program consisting of 2-3 cross-function rotational assignments within the Regional Growth, Technology, Marketing etc.
  • Program participants strengthen their technical knowledge, project management and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of on job training, classroom training, online training symposiums.
