Technical Maintenance Manager

We are recruiting for a Technical Maintenance Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Klang.

Role Overview:

The Technical Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and technical expertise, ensuring that the factorys equipment and facilities operate efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance teams activities and ensure tasks are aligned with operational goals.
• Supervise repairs, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and implement best practices to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality Departments to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for key systems (e.g., ventilation, fire protection, utilities).
