About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Development Lead / Manager to lead a high-performing team building and scaling modern web applications. This is a player-coach role, combining hands-on technical contribution with leadership responsibilities.

You will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers and drive delivery of scalable, high-quality products while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and business stakeholders.
