Qualifications

1. 5 to 10 years of technical experience as Industrial Engineer or Technical leader
2. Bilingual 80% English.
3. Proven knowledge and experience of PCBA process concept creation.
4. Process development for new product introductions.
5. Experience creating layouts using Autocad or equivalent
6. Experience creating Capacity analysis and standard time calculation
7. Direct and Indirect labor calculation
8. Project follow up with customer and team member
9. Strong experience creating and analyzing new process
10. Experience working under the standard IATF 16949.
11. Strong understanding of Quality Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC.
12. Knowledge of SWS, Process Map, Quality Control,
13. LSS Greenbelt Preferred
14. 5S's knowledge.
15. Lean Six Sigma knowledge
