Technical Lead - TypeScript/ React Native - Fully Remote 

Our client, a growing company based in London is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to take ownership of the technology stack and guide the engineering team through this next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical delivery with strategic oversight.

As Tech Lead, you will act as a “player-coach”: shipping critical code yourself while mentoring engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring the platform scales with rapid international growth. You will work closely with the founders, translating business goals into a clear technical roadmap and high-quality execution.
