Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Lead for our L1 Server Support team, specializing in Backup and Operating Systems (B&OS). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support for server operating systems and backup solutions, resolving basic technical issues, and escalating more complex problems to the L2 team.
