Technical Lead (Python)

Responsibility

We’re looking for a Technical Lead with experiences in Python, to guide and mentor a team of software engineers, contribute hands‑on, and work closely with Product, QA, SRE, and business stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of Python-based systems that are scalable and maintainable
• Set coding standards, review code, and champion best practices and security guidelines
• Make key technical decisions, improve system architecture, and optimize performance
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive solutions
• Partner with Product, QA, SRE, and business teams to define requirements and deliver impactful software

What we’re looking for
