Role Overview
SwipeLoan is hiring a Technical Lead – Product & Platform to take hands-on ownership of our core technology stack and engineering delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a project manager or corporate delivery role.
You will directly guide backend (PHP/Laravel), mobile (Flutter), QA, and DevOps coordination — ensuring clean architecture, predictable releases, and strong production stability in a fintech environment.
This role is ideal for a strong senior engineer who has grown into leading teams, not a title-driven or enterprise governance profile.
What You Will Own
1 Backend & Platform Engineering (Primary Focus)
Lead and review PHP/Laravel backend development
