Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

· Participate in project bidding and proposal preparation.

· Support evaluation, documentation, and contract negotiations.

· Build partnerships with local stakeholders.

· Coordinate with cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Qualifications

· Experience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hydro, storage).

· Strong background in bidding or business development.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Professional certifications (PRC license, PMP, CPA) preferred.

· Proficiency in English; Filipino/Chinese is an advantage.
