Key Responsibilities

1) Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and problem-solving.
• Define and evolve technical architecture, design patterns, and engineering guidelines for new projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Champion engineering excellence through documentation, standards, and decision-making (trade-offs, scalability, reliability).
