We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive system development, technical architecture, and platform reliability across our products and internal systems. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys coding, designing scalable solutions, and guiding a development team while working closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, development, and implementation of systems and platforms
Oversee and optimize internal systems including CRM, databases, and cloud infrastructure
Drive data migration, automation, and system enhancement initiatives
Work closely with Business and Operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Design, develop, and manage API integrations with internal and external partners
