Overview
A Technical Lead provides technical direction and oversight for software projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. They mentor developers, review code, and make key architecture decisions. Acting as a bridge between engineering and stakeholders, they help translate requirements into effective technical execution.
This role is an equity-based position. Compensation consists of equity today, potential token-based rewards pending approvals, and salary that begins when revenue milestones are reached. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required.
