We are looking for a Hands-on Technical Lead with strong system design capability and deep engineering expertise. This is a coding-first leadership role — you will design, build, review, optimize, and scale production-grade systems while mentoring a team of engineers.
This is not a coordination role. We are looking for someone who actively codes, reviews architecture, and solves complex technical problems.
