Technical Lead - GenAI

Job Purpose

Lead and drive the deployment of cutting-edge GenAI solutions on AWS, leveraging expertise and experience to deliver transformative results.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Agent Core SDK, and Strands SDK, ensuring scalable and production‑grade implementations.
• Build reusable AI components, APIs, and Python-based services, optimizing model performance, latency, and cost across workloads.
• Design and deliver AWS-native cloud applications leveraging Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and other core AWS services.
• Implement secure and compliant architectures through IAM best practices, encryption, secrets management, and Responsible AI guidelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, GitHub/GitLab CI, and IaC tools like CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform.
