Responsibilities

- Hands‑on development alongside the team
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in Python / Django
- Strong frontend experience with Next.js / React
- Solid experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects
- Strong communication and decision‑making skills
