This role combines technical leadership, platform architecture, and hands-on engineering.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Owner to define and deliver the platform roadmap while establishing the technical foundations required to scale the team and the platform over time.
As one of the first dedicated resources on the platform, the Technical Lead will be expected to actively build solutions, establish engineering standards, and make day-to-day technical implementation decisions.
