Technical Lead

We are seeking an outstanding, plug-and-play Technical Lead (Full-Stack) to join our growing client as a senior individual contributor. This role is for a highly experienced, hands‑on engineer who can immediately contribute to complex systems while providing technical leadership, coordination, and mentorship across the engineering team.

This is not a people management role. You will serve as a senior technical authority—designing, building, and guiding solutions while remaining deeply involved in coding and architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Lead technical design and implementation across services and integrations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
