We’re looking for an experienced C++ Team Lead to join our Amsterdam office and lead a critical Trading Systems team at the heart of our operations. You’ll drive the design and optimisation of high-performance trading infrastructure, working closely with engineers and quantitative researchers to deliver low-latency solutions across global markets.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of high-performance trading systems in modern C++ (C++17+)

• Own exchange connectivity, protocol evaluation, and production testing to improve latency and fill rates

• Build and deploy low-latency solutions across diverse hardware environments

• Guide hardware and software decisions to meet demanding performance targets
