8-10 years of Java development experience along with experience leading teams in a technical lead capacity.

Experience in coaching junior developers in technical aspects, code review, design pattern knowledge, creating low level designs etc.

Ability to ensure the enhancements / changes to the system are in alignment with the existing architecture.
