Technical Lead Audio Engineer

Overview We are seeking a full-time Technical Lead Audio Engineer in our Miramar, FL. location. In this role, you will be responsible for being a key technical contributor in loudspeaker development for significant new applications of the JL AUDIO brand and serving as a mentor and providing guidance to less experienced engineers. Essential Functions Serves as a key contributor in the creation and review of loudspeaker products, risky designs, and other aspects of product development for the JL AUDIO brand. Explores new technologies, features and functions; understands and outlines associate challenges/risks Utilizes advanced testing capabilities and knowledge of materials to customize existing or develop new test methods to substantiate unverified aspects of products design Interprets industry and Garmin product qualification tests and their relevance and impact on product design, sharing knowledge with mechanical design team members Completes estimates on complex loudspeaker designs i...
