Job Description

The intern will provide onsite and remote support to SLA customers, manage and troubleshoot ISP offerings, and obtain vendor certifications in Security, Voice, and Enterprise. Responsibilities include setting up telephony solutions, deploying and integrating solutions, managing helpdesk activities, and performing ISP and security consulting tasks. This role aims to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure efficient, secure client networks and systems.

The key performance areas for this role are:

  • Technical Trouble Shooting (Such as handling technical support for customers)
  • System Maintenance (Such as executing preventative maintenance activities for customers on technical systems – patching, security review, update firewall rules)
